You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us using the details above. Opting out of marketing emails will not stop essential non-marketing messages, such as order confirmations, delivery updates, security notifications or responses to customer-service enquiries.

5. SMS marketing

We may send promotional SMS messages only where you have provided the required consent or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

If you opt in to SMS marketing, we may use your mobile number and SMS consent status to send messages about Mobility Ease products, offers, services, reminders and updates. Message frequency will vary depending on your interaction with us and the campaigns you have chosen to receive.

Providing consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Mobility Ease.

You can withdraw your consent and stop marketing SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to a message from us;

  • Using an unsubscribe method provided in the message; or

  • Contacting us using the details in this Privacy Policy.

We may send one message to confirm your opt-out request. Once you opt out, we will stop sending marketing text messages as soon as reasonably practicable. You may still receive necessary non-marketing messages relating to orders, delivery, account security, customer-service enquiries, or other transactions.

Your mobile-network provider may charge you for sending or receiving messages. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your network provider.

We retain records of SMS consent, including the time, date and method by which consent was collected, so that we can demonstrate compliance with our legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent or share your SMS opt-in information or SMS consent status with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share the minimum personal data necessary, including your mobile number and SMS consent status, with service providers that help us operate our SMS programme. This may include messaging-platform providers, telecommunications providers, customer-service providers, data processors and vendors that support delivery, analytics, suppression lists and compliance. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us or where required by law.

7. Abandoned-cart messages

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember items placed in your shopping basket and to understand when a basket may have been abandoned. Where you have given the required consent to receive SMS marketing, we may use this information to send you a reminder by text message about items left in your basket.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, our cookie-consent tools. You can opt out of SMS marketing at any time by replying STOP.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember preferences, keep your basket functioning, understand website usage, improve our Services, prevent fraud and, where you consent, personalise advertising and marketing.

Some cookies are strictly necessary for the operation of our website. For non-essential cookies, including analytics and advertising cookies, we will request consent where required by law.

You can manage cookie preferences through our cookie banner, where available, and through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect the functionality of our website.
